Playing with Realmoney

Participation in gaming with real money requires the user to have paid real money into his gaming account or received a credit balance on his account from marketing promotions. Gaming stakes can only effectively be placed if the balance on the user’s account covers the stake.

Players shall not treat Chaplin Games as a financial institution nor expect interest on their deposits.

At present, gaming stakes can be placed in EURO and Russian RUB

 

Payment Methods

Deposits into the account can be made via credit card VISA and MasterCard, Neteller, Moneybookers, Moneta,WebMoney, paysafecard and bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added.

The following minimum deposit values apply:

Payment Limits

Provided the user has not requested new limits to be imposed, standard deposits into your account are limited to EUR 2,000 / RUB 100,000 per day and EUR 20,000 / RUB 500,000 per month. Winnings paid out from the gaming account will be considered when determining the personal payment limit. A user's personal limit may be changed by the user himself, however, these changes may only be made through the provision of suitable documents and only with the agreement with the support team in 7 days.


Account Credit

The user may at any time freely use the balance on his account in his favour - deducting any stakes for games played. Winnings are credited to the gaming account and can be used to play further games.

If deposits made by credit cards are not used for the sole purpose of gaming, the company - particularly where there is suspicion of abuse - reserves the right to cancel the respective deposits in part or in full and to deduct any resulting costs.

The company reserves the right to verify a deposit made into the user's account in order to combat credit card fraud, and may also go as far as to request copies of the respective credit cards used.

If, for technical reasons, a payment made into the user's account takes place after the account has been closed on the user's initiative or by the company, this will be pointed out to the user and the user will be requested to provide account details in order to ensure the immediate refund of the full amount (less any charges incurred).

Stakes for real-money games are deducted from the balance only when the game is completed. Should (due to a failure of the telecommunication system or the player’s computer system) the game be aborted or miscarried before completion the player account will not be debited.


Marketing Bonuses

  1. All free credits, gaming vouchers and marketing bonuses issued by the company can only be used for gaming and may not be transferred or paid out.
     
  2. All free credits, gaming vouchers and marketing bonuses issued by the company must be redeemed within two months of transfer to players’ accounts and the total amount placed in one or more games otherwise the company shall reserve the right to withdraw the bonus credits (by cancelling or debiting them from the account).
     
  3. Any marketing bonus shall remain the property of the company until the user has used it to play a game at least twenty five times, or as specified in the respective promotion. Should the user request a payout before this condition has been met, it will not be made and the bonus will be cancelled.
     
  4. If stakes on games are made  in the Roulette game,  Baccarat, Pontoon and some slots such asT hunderstruk II, Reel Gems, Mermaids millions, these stakes shall not be considered relevant to the entitlement of the person in question to a payout of the respective winnings or to receive a bonus.
     
  5. In cash-in bonus promotions (cash-in bonus = credits on money already paid in) the amount paid-in, as well as the subsequently credited bonus, is to be placed or played on one or more games within two months at least twenty times or more often, if permitted by the promotion in question, before payout can be transacted.


Gaming Limit

Betting limits for games with real money are as follows: Daily betting limit for each user (00.00 hours till 24.00 hours Central European Time) is EUR 5,000 / RUB 200,000. Monthly betting limit for each user is EUR 50,000 / RUB 1,000,000. A user's personal limit may be changed by the user himself, however, these changes may only be made through the provision of suitable documents and only with the agreement with the support team in 7 days.

Winning limits for games with real money are as follows: The winning limit for each user per month (Monday 00.00 hours till Sunday 24.00 hours Central European Time) is EUR 10,000 / RUB 1,000,000. If it turns out that a user has opened several accounts the winning limit shall apply to the total of the winnings gained from these accounts.


Paying Out

Before the first payment of a real money credit balance from a player's account can be made, the user must send a copy of an official document showing his photograph, and proving his identity and age. With this copy of the official document, the company will check the personal data provided during registration (in particular the name and the date of birth). In case of discrepancies, the stakes placed by the user will be cancelled and winnings will not be paid out to the user, unless the user can prove his right to the balance on his player's account in another way. If it turns out that a user has opened several accounts, the company may refuse the payment of balances on these accounts (with the exception of the legitimately acquired balance - less a handling fee of 20% (minimum EUR 50), paying out only on the account first opened). The company reserves the right to delay pay outs (up to 60 days) if there is risk of unjustified chargebacks (e.g. when paying via credit card). The following limits apply to the number of withdrawals that may be requested: 2 withdrawals per day, 5 withdrawals per week, and 10 withdrawals per month.

Any free credit or marketing bonus shall remain the property of the company until the user has used it to play a game at least twenty times, or as specified in the respective promotion. Should the user request a payout before the above conditions have been met, it will not be made.


Account Access

In order to access the account, the username and password are needed. The company assumes no responsibility for misuse of a player's account if unauthorised persons use the username/password combination. The password must be treated as strictly confidential. All movements in the player's account resulting from the use of the password, including by a person other than the user, whether or not the access was authorized, fall under the responsibility of the account holder.


Account Administration

Monies held in the account shall not attract any interest. Should the user fail to use the account for six months the account will be considered a "dormant account". The six-month period will run from the date of the last login to the account. In the case of a dormant account or at the latest upon expiration of 30 months after the last login, the company will reimburse the remaining player's balance less any relevant costs to the user. If this proves impossible, the player's balance will be forwarded to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) in Malta for charitable purposes.


Account Complaints

Complaints about account statements and the balances shown in them must be made within 14 days after the account balance becomes available in the account section on site. Failure to make such a complaint shall be deemed to be an agreement to the stated account balance. The complainant may also lodge a complaint within the LGA at complaints@lga.org.mt.
