Bonus rules

All bonuses are offered to players exclusively at the discretion of Chaplingames casino, as privileges for playing. Bonuses are granted for increasing the game time that allows the player to receive more pleasure from playing and to increase the chances of winning big.

The rules below apply to all the bonuses. Besides these rules, each bonus program has additional terms and conditions. Please mind that the Terms and Conditions of a bonus policy supplement General Terms and Conditions of the Chaplingames casino.

• The Bonus will be transferred to the game account within several minutes from the moment the player fulfils the corresponding rules of receiving a bonus.
• The Casino reserves the right to delay the payment of bonuses or prizes in case of a fault in the payment system.
• The bonuses are awarded for making bets only.
• Bonuses should be bet on games 25 times before they and win can be removed from the game account (transferred as cash). This rule is called "bonus wager"
• It is forbidden to make a deposit and then withdraw it immediately to receive a bonus for the deposit made. In this situation the bonus and all prizes are written off from the account of the player.
• If players cash out, all bonuses and wins with open wagering requirements are void.
• The Casino reserves the right at any time and for any reason to look through the history of transactions and any other information on the account. If in case of such review it will be found that the player uses a strategy, which the casino considers unacceptable, the casino reserves the right to deprive such player of the right of reception of any incentive offers. The management, based on the results of testing, has the right to take measures against the infringer of the rules of realisation of marketing campaigns, such as:
  
  - Cancellation of all prizes on all player’s accounts and to cancel all payments.
  - Immediate closure of the infringer’ account.
  - The Players convicted of abusing the conditions of advertising campaigns, may be forbidden to participate in any advertising campaigns by the Chaplingames casino in the future.
   
• Chaplingames casino reserves the right at any time and without a prior notice to change the rules of realisation of marketing offers. Players should check the information on marketing offers from time to time.
• If the player does not wish to receive bonuses, he can address the support service of the casino and inform them of such desire. In this case the nominated bonus will only be removed if the player has not started using it.

In case of occurrence of disputable situations all decisions made by the Chaplingames casino, are considered final.

Wager rules

There are wager rules associated with each bonus that have to be fulfilled before the bonus and win can be cashed out. If stakes on games are made  in the Roulette game,  Baccarat, Pontoon, these stakes shall not be considered relevant to the entitlement of the person in question to a payout of the respective winnings or to receive a bonus.The details on the wagers for a given bonus are included in rules for each bonus and refer to the bonus sum. Please check that these conditions have been fulfilled prior to making the withdrawal request if this is not the case you will lose your all bonus and wins.

Bonuses

Our casino is proud to offer you the following bonus programmes:

• Free bonus
  
  After you register your real-money account (i.e. make a deposit), you will get a bonus of EUR10/RUB500, irrespective of the deposit amount. To withdraw the bonus, it must be wagered a minimum of 25 times.
   
• Insurance bonus
  
  We pay a special insurance premium if your first five bets of the new deposit have proved to be unsuccessful. The amount of the insurance premium for each of the bets lost may be up to 10 % of the deposit amount. The bonus is applied to the first five bets if the bet loses. The insurance compensation for each bet is equal to the bet amount; however it may not exceed 10 % of the deposit amount. In order to withdraw the insurance money, this bonus must be wagered a minimum of 25 times.
   
• First deposit bonus
  
  This is a 100% bonus on your first deposit between 5 and 100 Euros / 150 and 6500 Russian Rubles.
  First deposit bonus is only awarded to a player once, regardless of the number of deposits the player makes.
  To withdraw any amount from your account the bonus amount has to be bet 25 times. The Wagering requirement is applied on the bonus.
  
  
   
• Refer a friend
  
  For every friend you bring, you will get 50 Euros / 2000 Russian Rubles for the first 50 Euros / 2000 Russian Rubles or more that your friend deposits. Your friend will also get a 25 Euro / 1000 Russian Rubles bonus if his first deposit is 50+ Euros.
  These Bonuses also have to be bet at least 25 times before they can be cashed out.
  Only registered Chaplingames players are entitled to receive a bonus for each friend they refer.
  Please mind that the friend you refer will also be entitled to receive the first deposit bonus described above.
