To become an Affiliate of Chaplingames, you need to register on the website www.chaplingames.com and send a request to the email address: marketing@chaplingames.com, saying that you would like to become an Affiliate of the Chaplingames casino.

Your Unique Promo Code together with a login and password for the back-office will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of registration.

In order to start using our Affiliate Programme, you just need to place our banner or link on your website. You may put as many banners and links as you want on any page of your websites without any limitations.

Below is the complete list of all the terms and conditions which are relevant to those seeking to join the Chaplingames Affiliate Programme. You are kindly requested to read this agreement carefully.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Affiliate" means a natural person or legal entity which:

• is registered on the website www.chaplingames.com as a player, and has provided reliable details;
• has agreed with the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Affiliate Programme;
• fully complies with the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Affiliate Programme;
• has been assigned a unique promo code by the Chaplingames online casino system.

1.2 "Unique Promo Code" means a unique identifier assigned by the system, which is sent to a player's email address provided at the time of registration on the website www.chaplingames.com.

1.3 "Affiliate Link" means a unique URL generated by the system for a particular Affiliate. This unique URL will be then used during the entire term of the Agreement to track the Affiliate's activity, and to calculate the Affiliate Fee payable to the Affiliate.

1.4 "Player" means a person who enters the website www.chaplingames.com using the Affiliate Link, and then registers an account with Chaplingames; this person shall also make a deposit to top up his/her personal account.

1.5 "Marketing Tools" mean artistic graphics, texts or an HTML code provided by Chaplingames to its Affiliates. These materials shall be used by an Affiliate to send Internet users to the website www.chaplingames.com via a hyperlink specially generated for the Affiliate.

1.6 "Fee Payment" means a transfer of funds into an Affiliate's account with Chaplingames.

1.7 "Vendor Site" means a website branded under the name of Chaplingames.

1.8 "Fee Calculation" means crediting the account of an Affiliate for the amount of the fee earned within the reporting period.

1.9 Sub-Affiliate means new partner involved into an Affiliate Programme.

1.10 “Spam” means unsolicited bulk email.

2. Affiliate Fee

2.1 The Affiliate Fee (commission) is calculated as a percentage of the net profit made by an Affiliate’s players within one (1) month. Each and every new partner gets a 50% fee for the first three months.

2.2 The net profit made by the players sent to the Chaplingames online casino by the Affiliate is calculated based on the following formula:

Net Profit = Total Bets – Total Wins – Bonus Amounts Received by the Player – License Fee - Bank Transaction Fee – Chargebacks on Card Transactions

2.3 The Affiliate Commission is as given below:

2.4 The negative balance in the current reporting period (1 month) shall not be transferred to the next period. If an Affiliate's players have caused damage to the Vendor Site in the reporting period (1 month), the Affiliate's profit upon this web-site for the given period shall be considered equal to zero.

2.5 The reporting period is one calendar month. The Chaplingames online casino shall transfer monies into the Affiliate's account on or before the 10th day of the next month.

2.6 The minimum payment from the Affiliate's account shall be 20 Euro.

2.7 Sample calculation of the Affiliate Fee:

The players invited by an Affiliate make a net profit of €10,000 on any games during one month. The Affiliate Fee is calculated as follows:

€3,000 X 30% = €900
€7,000 X 40% = €2,800

The Affiliate makes the following profit: €900 + €2,800 = €3,700.

3. Additional rewards for affiliates

The programme enables earnings to grow not only with each and every referred player, but also with every new partner that joins the Affiliate Programme.

3.1. The calculation of additional rewards for affiliates based on the number of referred sub-affiliates under the Affiliate Programme is made for all affiliates. The affiliates’ additional reward totals 10% of the profit made by their sub-affiliates.

3.2. “Sub-affiliate” means a new affiliate that joins the Affiliate Programme via a referral.

3.3. “Affiliate’s Additional Reward” means a total profit realized by an affiliate (percentage of the Casino’s net profit).

3.4. To have a new affiliate included in the list of your sub-affiliates, the following steps are required: When completing the registration form, the referred sub-affiliate shall enter a marketing code of the existing affiliate the referral of which has been used to land on the Affiliate Programme’s page.

3.5. The amount earned by the existing affiliate for referring sub-affiliates does not reduce the profit of the referred sub-affiliates, but is paid as extra under the Affiliate Programme.

4. Rights and Obligations under Affiliate Programme

4.1 Make amendments to the Agreement on the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Affiliate Programme. We may change ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS specified herein, AT ANY TIME and AT OUR OWN DISCRETION, by publishing a new agreement on the website of the Chaplingames online casino. Such changes may include, for example, changes in the percentage of commission, its payment schedule and in other terms and conditions of the Affiliate Programme.

4.2 The management of the Programme reserves the right to debar, at its own discretion, this or that Affiliate the right of participation in the Programme.

5. Rights and Obligations of Affiliates

5.1 The Affiliate fully understands the terms, conditions, provisions, and requirements contained herein, and agrees to comply therewith. In addition, the Affiliate accepts the fact that the said terms, conditions, provisions, and requirements are subject to change from time to time without a prior notice.

5.2 The Affiliate is a person of majority age (of at least 18 years of age).

5.3 The Affiliate accepts full responsibility for security of his/her login and password under the Programme. The Vendor shall not be liable for any violation of this requirement.

5.4 Promoting the Seller’s websites with any kind of spam (unsolicited bulk email) is strictly prohibited. All violators will be immediately removed from the Programme. The affiliate acknowledges that this form of promotion is unacceptable.

5.5 Approved marketing tools. In case the Affiliate publishes independently developed marketing tools, the said materials shall be approved by the Vendor.

6. Exemption from Liability

The Affiliate shall release the personnel of Chaplingames, including its managers, operating personnel, staff members and representatives, from any and all debts, losses, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal costs that have been incurred due to the following:

1. the Affiliate's violation of any of the arrangements, statements or agreements contained herein;
2. fulfilment of obligations hereunder by the Affiliate;
3. the Affiliate's negligence, or any damage that have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the Affiliate's negligence, wilful or faulty acts, or unauthorized use of the Chaplingames' banners, Affiliate Links, or Affiliate Programme.

7. Relations between the Parties

7.1 The Affiliate and the Vendor are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or creates any type of partnership, joint venture, agency, chartered right/franchise, commercial representative office, or employee-employer relations between the Parties.

7.2 The Affiliate has no right to make or accept any proposals, or make any declarations on behalf of Chaplingames.

7.3 The Affiliate shall make no declarations, on the website www.chaplingames.com or otherwise, that may substantively disagree with any of the provisions hereof.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The Chaplingames online casino shall not be liable for any consequential, special or subsequent damages (including loss of income, profit or data) that have been incurred in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Programme, even though the Vendor has been informed of the probability of such damages.

8.2 The cumulative liability of the Parties that is created under this Agreement and the Affiliate Programme, shall not exceed the Aggregate Income paid or payable to the Affiliate hereunder.

8.3 Neither provision of this Agreement may be interpreted as securing any rights or instruments of compensation of damage/legal protection or benefits to any person or company that is not a party hereto.

8.4 Any liability that arises in connection with this Agreement shall be covered solely by the monies paid for advertising, and shall be limited to direct damages.

9. Independent Investigation

9.1 THE AFFILIATE ACKNOWLEDGES TO HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREES WITH ALL THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN.

9.2 THE AFFILIATE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE CHAPLINGAMES ONLINE CASINO MAY AT ANY TIME, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, CHANGE THESE PROVISIONS FOR ITS AFFILIATES.

9.3 THE AFFILIATE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS INDEPENDENTLY WEIGHED THE DECISION TO JOIN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME, AND IS NOT DEPENDENT ON ANY PERSON'S STATEMENT, OPINION, GUARANTEE OR OTHER DECLARATION EXCEPT FOR THAT STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

10. Jurisdiction

10.1 The terms and conditions hereof are governed solely by the laws of Malta. Any claim made in connection with this Agreement shall be filed to Malta; the Affiliate totally agrees that all the activities hereunder shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
